Mitra’s extensive experience encompasses strategic leadership in managed support and service delivery, process automation, and global customer interactions. He has previously showcased his exceptional skills and commitment to excellence at renowned organizations such as Rackspace and Tricore. Versetal is honored to welcome him to our team, and we eagerly anticipate the positive impact he will have on our global operations.
During a recent quarter spent at our global headquarters in Boston, Mitra played a pivotal role in brainstorming new efficiencies for the company. His vision for 2024 is centered around Customer Satisfaction, Employee Experience, and Growth.
