About Versetal
Engineering depth.
Operator’s instincts.
Versetal was built on a simple premise: regulated enterprises deserve a partner that combines the strategic depth of a top-tier consultancy with the operational discipline of a top-tier engineering team, under a single roof, with a single line of accountability.
Leadership
Operators with scars.
Versetal’s leadership team has built and run some of the largest data, AI, and infrastructure environments in the industry. We’ve sat in your seat.
Data science, AI, and cybersecurity are in Versetal’s DNA. Our principal architects and practice leads bring decades of combined experience across data engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, and application development, drawn from enterprise IT, regulated industries, and advisory practices. Every engagement is staffed with senior practitioners, not junior consultants behind a thin partner layer.

Before Versetal, Michael served as CTO and EVP of Advanced Technology at TriCore Solutions, where he built one of the largest Oracle and managed services practices in the country, earning multiple Oracle Partner of Year and Oracle Titan awards. He holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from Boston University, where he also served on the advisory board for the Bioengineering Technology and Entrepreneurship Center.

LinkedIn →A consultancy that ships.
An MSP that thinks.
Most clients found us after a strategy consultancy walked away at the end of phase one, or after a managed service provider could not keep pace with the engineering the business actually needed.
Versetal is built to do both, with one accountable team. Our architects design. Our engineers build. Our operators run it. The same people who deliver your environment are the people who keep it running, which is why our engagements compound rather than regress.
We also approach the work differently: we eliminate attack paths rather than triage alerts, ship one integrated data, AI, and security system rather than siloed projects, and govern AI outputs and prompts as the intellectual property they are. Our deepest engagements are in life sciences, financial services, healthcare, and industrial, where that rigor pays back the fastest.
Six principles that show up in everything we ship.
Engineering, not slideware
Strategy that does not survive contact with production is not strategy. We design for what we will have to operate.
Governance is a feature
Compliance, lineage, and auditability built in from day one, never bolted on the day before the audit.
AI needs a foundation
You cannot operationalize AI on ungoverned data, fragile cloud, or unmanaged identity. We build the foundation first.
One team, one accountability
The architects who design your environment are the engineers who run it. No handoff seams.
Measurable outcomes
Every engagement maps to outcomes the business cares about. We track them. We share them.
People-first leadership
Technology decisions are people decisions. Our teams are built to be the kind we would want to be on.
Bring the hard problem.
If you’re a CIO, CTO, CISO, or data leader inside a regulated enterprise and you’ve been frustrated by partners who cannot combine strategy and execution, let’s talk.
For prospective team members
Versetal is selectively hiring senior architects and engineers in AI, data, cloud, and security. No pyramids, real ownership.
