John is a visionary IT leader with a proven track record in building high-performance teams and designing scalable solutions across networking, cloud infrastructure, and security domains. Throughout his impressive career, he’s helped organizations of all sizes—from mid-market businesses to Fortune 50 enterprises—secure their digital environments and optimize performance through advanced security, networking, and data center technologies.
His expertise spans multiple critical areas:
- Cybersecurity Strategy & Architecture – Designing and implementing Zero Trust frameworks, advanced threat detection, and comprehensive network segmentation strategies to enhance security resilience.

Before joining our team, John founded and led Tangent Zero as Principal Consultant, where he built a multi-million-dollar channel partner program and managed implementations for diverse clients worldwide. His impressive career also includes leadership roles at Highwater Systems, iVision, and Safe Systems, Inc., where he consistently delivered innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
John holds numerous industry certifications that demonstrate his commitment to excellence, including CISSP, CISA, CCNP, ITIL Foundations, and Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer.
