Versetal was selected to provide a 24x7x365 managed service and outsourced service desk focused on the monitoring and proactive administration of their Microsoft Windows Exchange environments hosted as a private cloud to deliver a 99.999% redundant architecture. Versetal provides round-the-clock operational support coverage leveraging over 2000+ monitors within their NOC service desk portal and tailors alerts per client to ensure custom jobs or VIP emails are properly handled in the process. Our advanced engineering team provides Level3 escalations for our NOC and engages in complex MS Exchange projects for the end-client that require advanced engineering resources to architect and deliver solutions such as Federated Exchange domains through GAL synch, 2013 upgrades/migrations, Legacy Mail Archival and Decommissions, eDiscovery solution integration/journaling/monitoring, and Disaster Recovery.
