Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure successful delivery of tech-driven initiatives.
• Develop, manage, and execute project plans using cutting-edge project management tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align project goals with strategic business objectives.
• Monitor, report, and mitigate tech-related risks and challenges throughout project execution.
• Ensure project compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for sourcing and integrating security products and services.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
• Generate regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting key project metrics and outcomes.
• Establish and track relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to project outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust project strategies based on performance metrics and evolving project needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in a technology-related environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.is
