IT Help Desk Specialist

Versetal is looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner, and you will solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and expert technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to enhance system efficiency and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, contributing to our knowledge base.
  • Implement and support ITIL best practices for streamlined service delivery.

Experience:

  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
  • Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong computer skills and effectively communicate electronically and on the phone
    Problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
