We have access to hundreds of contractors who have participated in projects with us over the years and are able to provide part-time consulting or full-time contracts either onsite or remotely.  As an option, our advisory group will function as members of your team and primary contact point to track and report on progress, manage timesheets, ensure weekly objectives are met with high quality deliverables focused on the business roadmap, and provide key follow-ups and escalation communications across each contractor to ensure the project stays on track with risk and issue alignment.
